How do I register?
As a second- or third-year PhD candidate at Erasmus MC, you can enroll in our MATCH coaching program free of charge. Note that there is a limited number of spots available.
To sign up, please follow the steps below:
1. Check if you meet the criteria here and then go to the registration form.
2. Join our survey and fill out the questionnaire! This is completely voluntary. We ask you to participate in this survey because we would like to evaluate and continue to improve the effectiveness of our coaching. You will be automatically redirected to the website of the University of Amsterdam. It will take about 10 minutes to complete.
3. Afterwards, you'll receive an e-mail from us about which group (intervention or control) you were assigned and how and when you can select a coach.
4. If you can start with the coaching right away, you can go ahead and select your coach! To do this, log onto the website and watch the coaches' video messages. Choose the coach you feel a click with and get in touch to schedule your first appointment. We will send you your coach's contact information in an email.
5. You will have 4 weeks to register, complete the questionnaire, choose your coach, and contact your coach for the first interview. Ensure you complete all the steps within these 4 weeks! Please also find the deadlines here.
Privacy
Both our research results and your personal data are treated in the strictest confidence. Participation in the study is voluntary, confidential and anonymous. If you participate in the research, you give permission to share the necessary personal data (first name, email address, age and gender) with the University of Amsterdam. These data will be processed confidentially. The individual data is not visible to employees of the organizations concerned. For further information, please see our privacy statement.
