The MATCH Coaching program offers developmental coaching dedicated for PhD candidates within the Erasmus MC community. This is available at no financial cost, we expect your commitment for optimal effect on your personal and professional development.
Wondering if you're eligible to be part of this program? Here's who can join by meeting all three requirements:
- PhD candidates who are currently advancing through their second or third year of research at Erasmus MC with a contract until at least the 31st of December 2024 or later.
- PhD candidates who are either directly employed by Erasmus MC or hold a hospitality agreement with Erasmus MC.
- PhD candidates whose primary/first supervisor is a professor affiliated with Erasmus MC and the doctoral defense ceremony will take place at Erasmus MC/EUR.
